Life Coaching mainly refers to more personal issues. In general, Life Coaching takes a holistic approach in which another's life is examined and evaluated, and then supportive changes are systematically made. Life Coaching often focuses on issues such as work/life balance, managing finances and developing new career directions. It empowers people to invent something new – to think something they haven't thought and say something they haven't said before.

Life Coaching is a way, a method, a tool that helps people to:

  • determine the priorities in their lives,

  • have balance in their personal and professional lives,

  • understand their strengths and weaknesses,

  • identify and solve problems in their lives,

  • find healthy ways to achieve their goals,

  • define and strengthen their values for life,

  • design and implement an action plan that will lead them to the targeted results

  • to operate with clear thinking.

 

Life Coaching Sessions
Life Coaching sessions are a process that allows you to move from where you are now to where you want to be – giving you the happy life you deserve. Through personal meetings or telephone & online communication, a person can achieve a goal or ambition, improve their professional career, give quality to their life, increase their self-confidence, manage their time & finances effectively and in general to change direction in his life.

Through Life Coaching you can:

  • Improve their health, well-being and good physical condition.

Life Coaching services are carried out through:

Individual Sessions– which are mainly provided via telephone or Skype session. But sometimes face-to-face sessions and/or online sessions may better serve your needs.

Group Sessions– NLP & Life Coaching is often more effective when done on a group level. Group sessions are held either face-to-face, via video conference, or online.

Telephone Sessions or via Skype– Develop focus, energy and courage to give yourself a better life.

Online Coaching (Email Coaching)– For some people, the written word is the way they think. They want time to think about exactly what they want to say, and time to digest what has been said. They can read and re-read what has been written. They can archive the material and come back to it later.
